The recruitment interview is obligatory for all candidates and is carried out on the basis of references from the educator provided by the student and a cover letter filled out by the online candidate. The conversation is evaluated criterially.
- attitude towards science – regularity, reliability of performing duties, motivation to learn and self-development (10 points),
- out-of-school activities of students – commitment to other people or the school environment, especially in the form of volunteering and sports or artistic activity (10 points),
- the ability to learn critical, analytical and scientific thinking – solving problem-based tasks (10 points).
